"This Ulta location is located within Kennedy Mall in Dubuque and is very well stocked with the variety beauty items you'd expect at an Ulta, and there are hair styling services in the store. The staff was very helpful to me (took me right to the area I needed and helped me find the makeup selection that would work for me)."
"As soon as my cousins and I walked into the store one employee walks by us and looks us up and down for no reason then about 5 minutes later another employee is staring at us and starts accusing us of “not putting perfume back where it goes”,when we didn’t move any of the bottles. The last few times I’ve come into the store the employees are very rude for no reason at all."
"It's a really nice place to go get make-up but beware, the checkout line usually takes a long time to get through and the prices are quite high. Their selection is you get what you pay for though if you care about really good quality, get your stuff here!"
