"I think the haircuts are decent but the problem is there is nobody here to staff it. For the latter half of the day there is only one stylist here. You wait 90 minutes for a haircut with 2 people in front of you. If you don't check in at least 4 hours prior to closing, you will not get in. Remember there are only a few customers during that time frame. You might as well go to a different place since this location cannot provide the service that it advertises. I will go somewhere else next time so I don't spend hours waiting."

"If I could give this place a 0, I would. My hubby went here today for a haircut and beard trim. The lady was more focused on how fast she could get to her next client than doing a good job. After she cut my husbands lip when trying to trim his mustache, he left. He still charged him for the beard trim even though she barely did anything to his beard and hurt him. This place is more worried about consumer turn around than client satisfaction. Do not go here. Go to an old-school barber. They are hands-down way better!"

"I have been here several times with different stylists and have always had a great experience. No complaints. I love that they don't do appointments because every other place books up days in advance and my life is kinda chaotic and difficult to plan. My 8 year old likes it there, too."
