"Well, I have had two of my vehicles serviced in the last 30 days. Let's talk about my Chevy Colorado. Took it in because it was make a noise, turned out it needed a new belt...no problem. Was given an estimate of $120.00 for 1 hour to fix it. No problem. I returned the next day to have the belt fixed. It took the services tech 20-25 minutes at the most and I was still charged for an hour of service time????? I work in this industry and know that we pro-rate our hourly rate if the service repair takes less then the alloted hour regardless of what was estimated. Industry standards, I totally understand. But this was a little excessive even for me. Maybe I should look at the over $300.00 front and rear differential work that was done a few months ago and see what the charge was and hours it was estimated to complete v acutal hours it took."
