"It's going on a week and my vehicle is untouched. Was told that it would be taken care of Friday - 1/19 or Saturday - 1/20. Called again on Monday 1/22 and was told that it would be ready either that night or Tuesday - 1/23. It's now - 1/25 and nothing has been done and can't get ahold of anyone and the voice-mail box is full."

"MORONS.........ABSOLUTE MORONS. My high school auto shop class did better work than these pinheads. They can't even make a car safe. The work they do is a threat to public safety. Brakes on the truck were basically rigged to fail. I plan on documenting EVERYTHING THEY DID WRONG, and send it to the BBB."
