"Definitely a luxury hotel! Very retro, nice aesthetic, friendly staff, hiking trail, restaurant and bar…comfy rooms with plenty of lighting and seating. The bathroom mirror is high tech. And the bed is super comfy! The towels are nice and soft. The soap is gentle. The suite is perfect for solo, couple, even a group. Can’t really say anything bad. Great deal!"
"First if all great hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. However after having a long day at Universal studios we decided to head back to the hotel and have dinner at the restaurant here at the hotel, to our surprise it was reserved for an event. Not a heads up of that before hand, had to settle for fast food. Next morning breakfast is said served from 7-10:30 on weekends, well it was 9am when we decided to head down, and once again we were told kitchen was closed off due to another private event! A heads up on when it will be closed, or giving hotel stayers option to get food to go at least so we can eat in the room!"
"First of all, this hotel is a hidden gem! It's fabulous, safe, beautiful, and clean. Best of all the staff is so friendly and helpful. My suite was so spacious and gorgeous/modern. The restaurant is great as well. Eric J. the bar tender/server is so sweet and helpful- ask for him. The hotel is in such a great location, and it has been such a great hotel experience, I will definitely be back!"
