"The worst company for customer service. Where do I start? Their CS department just can't get things right. When I was contacted to put my order in for a CPAP machine, I told them I needed L (large) size mask, well they sent me one L mask, 3 med and 3 small masks. 3 months later, I called to order additional masks, I told them how they had sent the wrong size mask and to please send L size masks only. Well today, after waiting approximately a month, I just received 4 M sized mask. I've not been able to get a full nights sleep using the CPAP machine because I wake up with the bottom edge of the mask (cushion) in my mouth, causing my mouth to become painfully dry. I strongly urge patients to be sure to verify whom your sleep diagnostic professional uses for their CPAP machine provider and avoid going with them if they use Nationwide Medical."

"I wish I read these comments before using this. I feel scammed. I have never been so disappointed of a service like this. I returned their equipment and still have not stopped billing me. I have spent hours on phone to get information on billing and other stuff. The stress of this service alone have kept me awake. On top of that the they initially said that the insurance is going to cover this. And gave me a quote of 15 dollars per month. But in reality it was more than 100 dollers."

"Terrible medical provider!!! The customer service department is extremely rude! I was charged $1500 directly to my credit card without being told or given a bill explaining what the charge was for!! I called and all the lady I spoke to had to say was well it's you fault and you can try and fight with your insurance and we may be able to refund the money. The $1500 is what my insurance company owes and instead of reaching out to me or insurance they just billed me!! Now I have to fight with both to get this charge taken off my card."

"Decided to use Cpap machine highly recommended by my doctor. Nationwide didn't mention to me if for some reason I have to return, I will have to pay for the mask pieces. How else is someone supposed to try it? Machine didn't work out for me. I got stuck with $491 bill for pieces of plastic. Called them and their reaction was oh well. Am sure everything is overcharged. Total rip off. They need to be very honest and upfront with the patients."
