"Performance Health & Wellness is a real gem of a place. I started a 4 month program and am two months into it. I cannot believe the results: 1. Lost fat & gained muscle 2. Gone down two jeans size (2-3 holes in belt) 3. Major improvement in blood work ups. And if that was not enough, I have not have back pain or neck pain in a very long time. And they are the best people I have trained with or had discussions around nutrition.
