"I made an appointment a week in advance and brought my car in to replace a seat cushion. The owner told me it would be ready the next day at 10am. I came at 11:40am to pick up the car and the owner told me they haven’t even started the work. He said they got busy and they need another day. I explained to him that I was also busy and I needed the car. He said best he can do is 4:30pm. I thought about not leaving this review but I did so for 2 reasons: 1. No one even attempted to contact me and let me know there would be delays 2. The owner put it to me “matter of factly” and at no point did he apologize for the delay or say sorry. He just said this is what it is, take it a leave it. This place might do good work based on other reviews but I’ll never know. Unprofessional and inconsiderate."
"There was something spilled in my car many moons ago, and no matter how much I got it detailed, the smell never really went away, so I just went nuclear and decided to replace the whole carpet. Originally my floors were black, but I decided to switch to maroon. I was worried it would look tacky, but they did a bang-up job. Not bad for $450."
"Reasonable price, quick turnaround time, and average workmanship. Would go back for minor jobs or things that do not require much skill or visibility."
