"I recently visited Dental Health Center of Eau Claire Wisconsin for a wisdom teeth removal procedure, and my experience was nothing short of traumatic. Despite diligently following the prescribed medication instructions the night before and an hour prior to my appointment, I found myself fully functional and aware upon arrival. The medication should have had a consciences sedation effect which did not occur. Despite informing the staff of this issue, a different medication was administered under my tongue, with no effect even after a 10-minute wait. Despite expressing my continued discomfort, the procedure proceeded. Throughout the process, the only relief from the excruciating pain was the local anesthetic injected with a needle. Unfortunately, even this proved insufficient, and I found myself shaking in the chair due to the intensity of the pain. The breathing instructions were difficult to follow as tears and congestion overwhelmed me and made it very difficult to breath through my nose vs my mouth.. Before the procedure began, the dentist insisted on placing his hand on my shoulder and lightly rubbing it stating that his hand was "cold" adding to the discomfort. I informed him that this made me feel unconfutable but he proceeded anyways. This, coupled with the lack of responsiveness to my pain concerns, made for an unbearable experience. It's disheartening that Dental Health Center of Eau Claire Wisconsin, a dental practice with the slogan "We Cater to Cowards," failed to live up to its promise. The two hours of extreme pain and the overall lack of empathy left me feeling not only physically distressed but emotionally violated. I hope my feedback serves as a wake-up call to improve the patient experience at Dental Health Center. The traumatic nature of this visit has left a lasting impact, and I strongly believe there is room for significant improvement in the quality of care provided."

"I'm a 50 something person who has seen many dentists over my life. This dentist office hands down takes a higher than 5 star. I've only had my teeth cleaned. She was very nice, gentle And took her time with me being that she knew I hate metal in my mouth. I met dentist and he is very nice likes to joke around which seemed to make me more comfortable. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone"
