"Right of I-80. A homeless camp on the sidewalk outside the fence. Ladies of the night work here. They hang out on the walk way in next to nothing waiting for their friends to arrive. The dressers were missing all the drawers. Bed was uncomfortable. You could hear the interstate traffic all night."

"Terrible hotel! I thought I would get a less expensive hotel as I just needed a bed for the night. The room had a sofa that was literally filthy! The towel rack in the bathroom was broken. The closet did not have a rod or hangers to hang clothes on. The attendant was not at all helpful in the lobby. No coffee or tea. Location was awful as there were homeless camps right across the street!!!DO NOT STAY HERE it is gross!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. this hotel is nasty. The rooms are outdated, the floors sticky, the door had a small hole in it, the room smelled like stale cigarettes, the table in the sitting area was broken and about to fall apart. I look at the bed and there are fried chicken looking crumbs, on the top comforter. Pull the blanket back and there is a ton of crumbs and hair in the bed along with a bunch of stains. The area around the hotel is covered with homeless. And smells terrible. The staff is rude and refused to refund us for the night even though their hotel was disgusting and we didn't even stay the night. Save yourself the time and do not stay here. I will be fighting this with my bank and leaving reviews on every site I can. I would leave a ZERO star review if I could."

"Their was blood on the floor and my pillow when I got there. Their was no coffee maker no breakfast as advertised. The bathroom door was broken. The telephone did not work. Either did our ac. We tried to get the night shift guy to fix it but he said Their was nothing he could do to wait until morning. We spoke to the manager she cleaned up the blood but was unable to fix the ac or phone or door. On top of that we didn't even have a fire alarm in our room Their excuse was people keep taking them out. Which is against fire code. The ice machine was also broke. We tried to get towels 3 times and finally had to hunt down the cleaning lady to get towels and toilet paper. We stayed 5 nights only because Their was nothing else available for aftershock. We payed a ton of money and definitely did not receive good service. On top of everything that was wrong with your hotel we woke up to 3 dead bodies in the bushes across the street. Between that and the homeless we did not feel safe at all. Worst hotel experience of my life. I will never stay at any executive inn and suites. First time and the last.1 star only because they don't have an option for 0"

"Room didn't have a single chair even though the ad showing 1-2 single sofa; one queen bedding has 23+ cigarettes'-born holes and this is the non-smoking room; the front desk clerk was friendly, gave us 2 sets of the bedding to change; on the next morning, found a bug-bite on my hand. I ordered a room with 2 queen beds, and charged $15 extra guest fee, with total 3 guests. I know I will never come back to this hotel."
