"There was no service except at check-in. The walls were paper thin so the neighboring TV kept me awake. The shutters were broken so outside street and sign lights lit up my room. Too close to the freeway and the traffic noise kept me awake along with the bright lights and TV next door. Not worth the price until improvements are made."

"I live in San Francisco and come to Sacramento often. I've tried hotels closer to Sacramento: Roseville, Rancho Cordova, Folsom, etc, and they are either overpriced or dirty. This particular Motel 6 is consistently good. The price is reasonable, the rooms are always clean (most important to me), and the staff are old-school friendly. I feel like they appreciate my business and that matters to me. I don't mind the drive for a clean room and great customer service."

"While the lady who checked us I was very sweet, when we got to the room there was water all over the floor from the refrigerator. The phone in the room didn’t work so I went back down to the front desk. The gentleman who took over didn’t seem interested in cleaning it up so I asked for some towels and did it myself. The room itself was dingy and in disrepair. See the pictures."

"Room during this visit was not as clean as they usually are; however, front desk staff was nice and friendly, except for a lady (I’m assuming an employee or manager) was pacing around the parking lot and acting very rude. She was not even wearing a uniform, but clearly works there. First, she banged our car window, saying to make sure our car would not go off during the night. I don’t see how this behavior is acceptable. Do not touch people’s cars that are not yours. Then she went off and starting screaming to other people parked in other cars saying they could not be hanging out in the parking lot. Who ever this employee is should be fired or told that her behavior is unacceptable. This was the same lady a couple years ago that would not take a foreign country identification as a verification of identity. She wanted a US identification and was being so nice to me but not my parents."

"M6 is not always my first choice but I needed a room booked last minute. Arriving after midnight I was exhausted, but young man at the desk was welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and had all the basics I needed. Building felt secure. A 30 min late checkout was no problem. Morning manager was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely consider staying here again."
