"My daughter and I had luggage that broke during our flight and while we took it in stride we were tired of the awkward load. Natalie at the front desk helped us so much. From directing help with our luggage to parking she was ahead of everything. So warm and welcoming. All staff we interacted with from hellos in the hallway to service in the restaurant was genuinely nice. Highly recommend a stay here."

"Pro: Lorenzo at the front desk was amazing. Answered any and all questions I had and provided top tier customer service. This is the first time that I’m writing a review DURING my stay. This five-star review was mostly to compliment Lorenzo and the rest of the front desk team and staff. Room was pretty nice overall, slightly dirty pull out couch and microwave. Con: Parking is $30-$45 (self-park and valet.) EDIT: Shoutout to Natalie at the front desk as well. Repping our hometown Allen, TX. She is awesome. Best customer service I’ve received in a long time."

"We stayed here for one night in a large courtyard facing room with a balcony and view of the pool and hot tub. The grounds are beautiful with lots of plants and hibiscus, a large outdoor seating area with fire pits and an outdoor bar area. It’s a great hotel for a group to stay at with lots of indoor and outdoor common areas. The pool and hot tub were heated perfectly. Most of the large pool depth is 3.5 feet which is perfect for kids. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. While this is an older 3 story hotel, most of the property is newly renovated with the one exception being the bathrooms, windows and doors in the rooms. Regardless, the beds and pillows were clean and very comfortable. The only cons would be the steep parking price and that it was right off the freeway so a little noisy. We decided to skipped the paid hotel breakfast. There is no place super close to walk to, but it’s few miles from Del Mar and Torrey Pines and we found it perfect for our needs. The rate was reasonable and I would stay again. Also, the staff were great, very cheery!"

"Had a room with the courtyard view. Room was a great size and comfort bed. Everyone was friendly and helpful during the visit. The courtyard was lovely. Relaxing setting with a pool and hot tub. Only thing I found to be a disliking was the window being filthy and cobwebs with dust covering the sprinkers in high corners of the room. The breakfast was not anything to be impressed about unfortunately. The service was great though. Overall I would recommend this location."

"I really enjoyed my husband and I'm stay at this hotel. We are current diamond members and enjoyed the Perks that where offered. Tassio was great when we arrived and upgraded our room! The hot tub and pool where clean and well maintained. My only issue was the on site restaurant, I would recommend eating elsewhere as the food was just not up to par for the experience."
