"NEW OWNER AS OF NOVEMBER 2023! I just went to get a pedicure here and found out that they have a new owner. The place looks great on the inside and the staff are super friendly. I got their top tier pedicure option with no-chip polish and they did really well. I called ahead for an appt so I was in and out in an hour and my toes look GORGEOUS! Great selection of colors."
"Went for Dip. The nail tech was less than attentive. He asked for referrals, which was frankly, the only time he said more than a couple of words to me. One nail chipped the very next day and another a couple days later. 3 other nails have the topcoat peeling off. It's only 1 week later, and I need to get my nails done. It won't t be here."
"I am so beyond frustrated! I will NEVER go back there!! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I went yesterday to get a full set. The guy (Dee) was using a nail file to shape and he cut into the side of my nail into my skin to the point I was bleeding. Not only did he do it to my middle finger he did it to my pointer finger on the same hand. He asked if it hurt and I told him yes, however he kept going. It’s day one and my fingers are already getting infected. When asked how they were going to make this right they said they can’t do anything but say sorry. They won’t give any money back nor did they ask if I wanted to come in and have them fix them (not that I’d say yes) for free."

"Friendly staff. 3 different people rotated doing my mani and pedi while I was sitting down getting a pedi. The feet were rushed and the hands were done by someone in training, the pictures show the final result. I didn’t leave a tip because my nails have never looked this rushed, chipped and bad. I think $65 for this service was enough, but I got some mean looks when I didn’t add a tip. I’m from another country where I see people work so hard doing nails and are perfectionists, so to know that mine today were sloppy, I don’t consider that worthy of a tip when the price was so high for amateur work. The staff was super friendly, nice and funny! So there aren’t any hard feelings. But I felt I needed to write a review as to why I didn’t tip because of the mean looks as I walked out."
