"They never do what you ask them to do. If it’s a busy day they will cut your hair anyway they want that get you out of there as fast as possible, no regard for the customer. Rude to you if you suggest something different."
"Needed to bring in my 91 yr old mother in. I stopped in without her to make an appointment and was treated very poorly ( so bad I didn’t sleep that night). When using your app I cannot guarantee getting her there in time. Your sign says walk-ins welcome. I will never do business with this company again. Kathy"
"10 minute chop job with many uneven irregular spikes on the top and in the back. Have to go back and ask them to fix it. Not worth the $21 plus tip. Do not recommend!"
