"FOR CLARITY: THIS IS FOR THE SALON I just have to say that I had a wonderful experience at this salon on Sunday. My stylist, Daija Pigram, was lovely, kind and patient with me. I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted but I left feeling like she read my mind! She spent many hours foiling my hair and toning it just right. She kept me engaged and ensured my comfort at every step. Just an overall great experience, couldn't recommend her enough!! Also a side note: Abby in the salon was also amazing! While she didn't do my hair, listening/observing her with the other guests and her coworkers was lovely. She is super bubbly and fun and I think she was even suffering from a migraine which makes all of this even more impressive! She pierced a little girl's ears and I wish I had had someone like her to do mine at that age. After reading some of the bad reviews here, I was nervous but I think the salon employees are well worth your time here. As for the store employees, they were kind and greeted me immediately. Maybe things have changed for the better but either way, I've had a good time here overall and would return!"

"I was seeing the hair stylist Leah, she was the absolute best hair stylist at the Ulta salon. She gave me the best treatment, cut, and style I’ve ever had. when I called recently and asked for a new appointment with her they simply told me she “no longer works there” and refused to say where she went, or offer me someone else who is as skilled as her. I feel like the least they can do, if they can’t say where someone went, is offer a new stylist. The person on the phone was rude and clearly just wanted to get me off the phone quickly. Was no help. Not a nice way to treat someone who has spent $100s of dollars at your establishment."

"The staff here has been amazing each visit. I went in to this location today to pick up an order and added a few things to my purchase. We were having issues looking up my credit card and the manager there dropped everything she was doing to help us figure it out. She was very patient and helpful. I will definitely be back to this location!"
