"Clean rooms , Thought it was a great place to stay for our family disney Trips UNTIL i leave @8 am to get breakfast Super Quick!..My daughter stayed with her father in The room while he sleeps.Once we were on the road my child said a man Opened the Door while i was gone, Seen her and closed it after ! How Dare House cleaning dare to do that! She said it was a man ! She could have been in her underwear! As a mother you can imagine how ANGRY I was! Invasion of privacy ! Are they spying on u as soon as you leave they wanna go snoop in your room? i called front desk He said they do clean The rooms @8am !? so if guest are sleeping its okay for housekeeping to "clean ur room" ? ! @ 8 am ?Sounds FUNNY to me ! He also mentioned i had to put the do not disturb sign in order for them to not go in ? OK As A HOTEL you FAILED to communicate your rules and explain how the hotel works .how is a guest suposed to knoe if they arent being communicated from the Check IN !!?? YOU CANT expect everyone to knoe these Rules ! SO SCARY knowing i could of been naked or my child and if i dont put my do not disturb sign I could have been walked in !! RIDICULOUS !! Beaware people !! They invade your privacy if you dont put a do not disturb sign, Cant even run to get family breakfast Next door They moved soooo fast opening My door while i was gone ITS SCARYYYYY !!!"
"I stayed at Queen's Inn from the 7th to the 11th of February. Check-in was a breeze and we were able to get settled into our room right away. The room was large, clean and the beds comfortable. Being a motel-style set up, and being relatively close to the road, I was worried that external noise could be an issue, however it was not and we didn't really hear anything, other than some other guests leaving in the mornings as we were also getting ready to leave. We booked the hotel due to it's proximity to the Disneyland Resort, and after our first day, I used the bath (the perfect cure for sore muscles after a day of walking at Disney), however when we returned on the second day, we found that the plug for the bathtub was gone. When I asked at reception why it had been removed, I was informed that there had been a leak of some sort and so they took the plug to prevent further leakage. There was no offer to move us to a different room, or any other kind of compensation. The shower was still available, but the lack of communication (until I specifically made the trip to ask) left something to be desired. Just off the reception area is a small self service kiosk area, offering toiletries and snacks. This was a welcome inclusion, especially on the first night when we just needed some basics and didn't want to travel any further to get them. On our last day, on check out, we were able to leave our bags - we were given luggage tags to attach to each piece of luggage. At the time, we didn't realise we needed to tear off the claim ticket. Upon returning, a different member of staff was at the desk and asked us to produce the claim ticket to retrieve our bags. A perfectly valid request, but one we couldn't comply with, as we didn't have them. Eventually, after us describing the bags, etc, he let us retrieve them. Only for us to find that ours were the only bags there. I appreciate the security and protectiveness of residents belongings, but still, it felt a little ridiculous. I was able to utilise a reward/loyalty scheme in the UK to get a massive discount on staying at Queen's Inn, which perhaps boosted my rating of the place a little. However, if I was to return to Anaheim, I'd definitely consider staying here again."
"I gave it all 5 stars because it served all of the needs that we needed. It was less than a mile from the parks. There were multiple restaurants and a gas station right there. The room was clean. The beds were actually very comfortable for me. I have a hard time sleeping most of the time. The pillows were quite squishy which I like. The TV got the homework channel which is nice at Christmas time. We paid less than $85 a night. I was able to back my car up right to my hotel room door because I was on the first floor. Most of the time I travel like a poor kid because I am able to travel more that way. I stay at a lot of very affordable type of hotels and motels. So I guess if you're going to book here just think about what you want. If you're expecting something fancy probably not the room for you. If you want something affordable that has the amenities that you would want then this is the room for you...... Sure I could pick the room apart 50 different ways like many of the other reviews. There's no need to!"
"Good hotel for under $100 per night, but I'd never pay more than that. The best feature of this hotel is that it is located 1 mile south of the Disneyland entrance. As for the room, the beds are very firm and it is not the cleanest. Noise level is pretty high. I also was concerned about privacy and security. I put the "do not disturb" sign on my door each day, and each day someone had clearly come into my room, moved my stuff around and opened the window curtains so everyone could see into my room. For this reason alone, I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family. It just creeped me out too much!"
