"Horrible!! The guy who works in the front office is very rude ! Despite me being here 2 separate times... they kicked me and my boyfriend out with no explanation I assume it was because the next door neighbors other custos were being loud and because they were obviously black they did the same with us and kicked us out too I feel like they are racist because the second time me being here they made us leave after a few days being here but when we called they said we could stay 2-3 weeks at a time? Yeah and also they have roaches!!! Overall room is definitely decent but there customer service is super rude and I'm upset because I wish we could've stayed."
"The customer service was good. The receptionist agreed to check us in earlier since we had arrived sooner and to check us out later as our flight was after the checkout time. The room was clean when we arrived. We did notify them for very small roaches that were seen and they told us that they were gonna take care of them asap. The area is a little shady but it was safe for us to park our rental car for seven nights there. We didn't notice anything unsafe there and if you're not interacting with the locals, you'll be fine. The location is close to most tourist attractions in the north of LA. The coffee maker was hard to use, and we ended up using the microwave oven to make coffee. Hope you enjoy your stay there."
"This use to be one of my favorite rooms to go to I first slept here in 2014 and it was amazing, over time however you can tell management has gotten lazy, the cleanliness of the rooms are questionable and the rates have went up. The last time I stayed here which was in April 2018 my spouse killed 3 roaches and we both agreed then that we would no be returning, seeing that we planned to travel with our son we did not feel it was sanitary enough. The staff are very friendly and the location is okay, and for the most part comfortable"
"First time. Spending my time here with my boyfriend we like it. No bed bug, roaches, nothing. Shower are clean and has hot water :) porn on TV too microwave and fridge included. Room 208. One thing visitors are welcome but ask permission first. The floor need some improvement like mopping."
"It's very clean compared to other motels in the area. The prices r great. Great service. Friendly staff. I love this place!! Great for kids except they don't have tubs only showers. Cable is great! I had a great mommy get away here. Definitely coming back for another one in the future."
