"Christina, the general manager, and all the staff at Alsace were absolutely amazing! Every single person we interacted with here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The room, location, facilities, easy off street parking and the coffee were all spectacular! We are sad to leave and would definitely stay here again! Also, if you're looking for delicious food options in the area Chulita LA, MIAN, and Tartine were all spectacular!!! Thank you so much!"

"Really enjoyed my stay. This is in an up and coming neighborhood which was great because there was plenty of free parking for my rental. Rooms are clean and hotel is quiet. Would definitely stay again!"

"10/10 would recommend. Contrary to other reviews, the room was not small at all it was perfect for a couple. Bathroom was sick, beautiful tiles. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Free coffee and delicious donuts in the lobby in the morning. Even had Nespresso in the lobby for free during the day."

"I loved my stay here! The neighborhood felt quiet and residential, and street parking was no problem (although they do have valet parking for an extra fee). Easy to get around the city from here. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super-comfy. The pastries in the morning were good (and if not to your liking, Tartine is very close by). Everyone was friendly and accommodating. My one complaint is that I wish the heated pool was a bit warmer. I’ll be back for sure!"

"Lot of red flags at this hotel trying to be unique but failing at lot of fronts. Booked and added notes about my pet but nothing was provided but will come to that later. First arrived at the hotel but no one at gate to greet but no one to greet at the gate so not sure exactly where got go for check in until I found the tiny lobby (it’s very small, difficult to fit anyone or move your luggage around). Once I checked in and went to our room, it was rather small for the price and all the way opposite of the elevator. We were happy to see a welcome card and snacks but only to find that it isn’t our name written on it… There was also no water bowls, treats or toys for our little Yorkie. I let the hotel know of these issues that night and during check out hut no body seem to be trying to amend anything other than mentioning policy and it is only provided when asked. As we try to leave, the door was barely open and no one was there to offer help in giving a hand even if they were present. Unfortunately the area isn’t much to offer as well. Was very unlucky as the restaurant wanted to visit was booked out for event so literally nothing to do after dark. So this hotel isn’t a good location as it’s middle of nowhere so lot of travelling time is wasted. It very disappointing to say the least that a hotel that cost this much to offer this kind of hospitality and will definitely be more cautious when a hotel is so focus on the look without nailing down the essentials of good accommodation."
