AC Hotel by Marriott Beverly Hills 6399 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90048

"A few of my comments: -hotel is nice and modern -a bit over priced for it's location. The hotel is on the outskirts of Beverly Hills. Not quite in Beverly Hills. -great views from the rooftop -pool is very small but good for dipping your feet/ relaxing. -breakfast buffet is good -rooms are clean however our bedsheets initially looked dirty (could have been lint). The staff offered to change them for us. Two staff members were great and stood out: Isaiah - front desk. I believe this was his name. He was exceptionally friendly and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. He was attentive, kind and personable. Angel - bar tender He was very social, likeable, funny and friendly."

"My second time staying here. The first time was a normal decent hotel experience, but this second time was awful. Got into my room and there was a dreadful smell from the toilet like mildew or some kind of flooding that filled the whole room. I aired it out by leaving the door open and using the hotel air freshener, but it only helped for like an hour. I called the front desk to get a different room and all they said was “we’re completely booked” and offered no apology or resolution. I was staying 2 nights so asked if I could move tomorrow then and before I could finish my sentence was cut off by a “no we are completely booked tomorrow as well”, again offering no help or resolution. Do NOT stay here especially in room 423. Smelled bad, glass door to bathroom was dirty, there was a weird stain on my sheets and they wouldn’t change it. It was like staying at a bad motel"

"If you need to take care of business, mid Wilshire, like we did, this is the perfect hotel in the perfect location. Swanky, a nice room with two queen beds, and a great shower. Everyone at the front decks was extremely friendly and helpful. You're 10 to 20 minutes from everything."

"Loved my stay, had cocktails and dinner both night i was here. Also had breakfast. Food very good service excellent. Staff from front desk, servers and housekeeping all smiled said hello. Great place to stay. I will be back. Great rooftop lounge. Plus a view of the Hollywood sign! Pool on rooftop deck looked great."

"Beautiful hotel, great location. The star of the show was Angel, at the bar/lounge. He was attentive, personable, and makes excellent drinks. He made sure my drinks were topped off and to my liking. I haven't had a bartender really make sure that my drink was tasty enough or strong enough like Angel did. I would come back just to have Angel's Mule again (one of the best cocktails I've ever tasted). Highly recommended!"
