"Staff is rude and unprofessional. My husband hit a deer with our truck, and our insurance company uses Caliber as the preferred provider. Nothing but problems, and our truck is still not fixed! Parts have been on back order for 16 months..sure. They were paid and don't care about fixing it. After market parts that don't fit were put on as a temporary fix. No communication or follow-up from manager. Would never recommend this location to anyone!"
