"5 star service... If I could leave 10 I would do that. I came in with a terrible tooth problem, that needed to be extracted . I had no appointment. I was a walk in. I was stunned that i got service immediately. I got there at 9am and they had the tooth pulled before 10:30?! Outstanding job by the staff and doctor. This might be the best place to have dental work done in the entire state of Wisconsin. Fast and efficient and professional and the best part, they accepted my insurance. Need more be said?"

I was fortunate to secure an appointment within a month of reaching out. Upon arrival, my anxiety about my dental issues was overwhelming. Yet, the receptionist's kindness and patience immediately put me at ease. Guadalupe, the hygienist who attended to me, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the appointment. And the dentist I saw surpassed all my expectations. She was not only understanding and reassuring but also skillfully resolved all my dental concerns. "I had such an amazing experience, against my suspicions. I've had many negative dental experiences, but the staff and especially the doctor. He took the time to talk through issues with my teeth, treatments, and different levels of aggressiveness. I returned for a filling and he was so gentle, I almost could have taken a nap. I was shocked because I'm usually scared of needles and dentists, but this was such a pleasant experience. 10/10 would go back. Only complaints are that appointments book a while out, and there can sometimes be a ~20 minute wait before your appointment (even when you show up on time). But well worth dealing with this for their service."

"I am writing the review in response to the experience we have had with my mother. The staff at the clinic are always friendly and kind. The dentist was very helpful and explained things fully. Our frustrations lie with making appointments, communicating with the clinic, and follow-up care. Whenever someone calls the clinic, the call is immediately forwarded to the answering service. The service personnel are great, but cannot provide the answers and responses you need. Even when they try to call the clinic themselves, the clinic never answers and they end up having to send an email... which may or may not be read in the next 48 hours! I have never been able to speak to someone at the clinic directly. We had an appointment and some teeth were pulled. (This was after Familia Dental failed to send an initial scan to insurance to see if a partial could be covered. We needed to make another appointment, and couldn't get in for three months later to start the whole process over.) My mom required a prescription of antibiotics after getting the teeth pulled. At the time of this review, it's been more than 24 hours and the prescription still has not been sent to the pharmacy. Again, when I call to inquire about it, the service answers, tries to contact the clinic, and has to leave a message because no one at the clinic will answer. If we had any other choice in dental clinics, we would go elsewhere. My mom has Medicaid, and they are one of the few that accept her insurance, so we, very unfortunately, are somewhat stuck."

From the time I entered the building the warmth and professionalism I received blew me away. Then the Doctors were friendly and polite along with the staff.
