"Definitely will never be going back here. Made an appointment for my son and grandson because their website says they do haircuts on kids. My son is not a fan of getting his haircut – but a friend of ours does it and I have taken him to a different salon, and they were able to get through it. The guy that took him back was so rude and said he can’t even touch him if he is not going to behave and he has been doing this 45 years and once the clippers get started they can’t stop. Well if you were doing this 45 years, you should be able to handle one three-year-old that’s a little bit scared, and your attitude did not help!! I was so pissed I walked out with both kids"

"My mom went in to get her haircut yesterday. She’s elderly and disabled and was very excited to get her hair done. She even showed the lady a picture of herself from a few years back. My mom left there in tears! She cried for hours. Mary absolutely butchered her already thin hair. It looks awful! She won’t even let anybody see her and is having to order a wig that she cannot afford. I left a message for the manager to call me back and guess who it was? Mary! She said my mom never showed her a picture and that she did exactly what my mom told her to do. Absolutely ridiculous! Why would anyone do this to a person? She is so upset and it is breaking my heart. That woman should not be cutting hair! Waiting for a call back from customer service now."

"Used to be regulars won’t be coming here anymore. 2x now we showed up at our time we checked in for- we were told it’s an additional hour wait, came back in and hour and names had not changed position on the screen and were told it’s yet another hour. I was told “ online check in is an estimate” in response to me expressing displeasure. Handled very badly. And there were 3 people cutting hair it wasn’t like they only had 1 person on staff."
