"I have been going to Carters for as long as I can remember, and for the past 2 years I have been going to Paige. I love it every time I go! This last time there was a little communication error on what I wanted (just a little lighter and warmer), it still turned out amazing but I wasn’t completely happy with it. I felt bad but I called in to see if there was anything they could do, they were so helpful and wanted to make sure I got hair that I 100% loved! Paige even came in on her day off to fit me in! Even though my hair after the first time was still amazing I’m happy I went back and they were so sweet and helpful to give me hair I love! I will forever go to carters and Paige!"

"I asked the hairdresser,, Mr. Carter for the overall hair color ,but after colour no body can see it. All hair colour under the layers of hair. So no body can see it. Then bill was too high , even i paid 43$ as tips along with 240 $ so total 280 . When i called back to say something ,they said he will call back. He never called back. I called 5 times,but they said he will call back. Highly unprofessional. I have attached pics. Colour is there but all are hidden under hair. If colours are not visible on top how that make sensse i dont know. Very bad experience."
