"I have been tanning, getting my hair and nails done here for well over 25 years. Unfortunately, they’ve had several owners since Julie left, some good and some bad. I purchased a tanning package last fall. Then in March went in to tan and was told my package expired 2 days prior. First I was never told it expired and wouldn't have bought a package knowing this. I explained this to the women she asked who I bought from. How the h... Would I know. None of the stylists had any idea the tans expired. I have referred soooo many people over the years to tan here. I was really shocked at how the person had an attitude to me. Attitude is everything!! I was taught the customer was always right. Even when you don't think they are. This tan maybe cost you .25 cents. But you lost me and other customers because of it."

"first time here and wow! mind blown how nice it is. this is the salon ill be back to the front desk girl was so nice and met the owner sweet as a button. great customer service explained the new beds to me and how they all worked. I bought some lotion amd I got 2 weeks tanning for free. love this place. welcome to Muskego"
