"Excellent communication and quality care for my car. I experienced a break in with a need for my regulator to be fixed, along with my passenger side window. Originally they could not get me in for a couple weeks (which I understood completely), but called much sooner and were able to squeeze me in. My car looked brand new after and I appreciated the advanced cleaning my car received. They were in communication with me on every step of the way, placing multiple calls to me and keeping me informed. This Caliber goes well beyond compared to some of the others I have been to. I would not consider any other body shop again."

"They allowed me to come in a couple of weeks prior to my appointment to be able to order the required parts in advance so that they could start immediately. I was told that if they had any problems getting the parts that they would let me know so that we could reschedule although that did not happen. They were great about keeping me updated on the status of the repairs once they started. The repairs were well done and they cleaned my truck both completely outside where the repairs were and also inside which I didn’t expect and appreciated. The staff was friendly and easy to work with."
