"I have no experience to share. Because of the atrocious behavior this lady must have (sounds like a prison dentist) , I'll never take my child here. Just so you all know, I have state insurance and fought to get a different orthodontist. We are waiting on the paperwork. Anything sounds better than here!"

"hate this place. I’ve haven’t been here in almost a year , I’ve called and called and called no one has answered for me the wait time is normally a 2 hr wait , DR.MACHI is a true headache she’s rude , doesn’t care about what you may have going on in your life. ANGLE is the only one who’s super nice and caring . This place SUCKS and would not recommend sending your kids to this place !"

"Ridiculous waiting time. I don't know why they schedule all these patients and can't get to them on time. No follow up appointments made at the end of visits. No reminder calls."

"Slow... waited over 2 and a half hours after appointment time to be seen. Doctor schedules appointments at 10:30 but doesn't arrive until almost 1 P.M. The phone has been disconnected on multiple occasions when I've tried to call. Whoever Pedro is he needs to gain some patience, courtesy and education when talking to patients. The state needs to reconsider having them as a provider. This dentist is greedy for state money."

"The absolute worse experience EVERY visit. Dr. Machi has the worst attitude. No matter what time the appointment time is, it's always a 45 min to 2 hour wait. I'm stuck with this office because of my insurance. However, Angel is the best!"
