"Nice service writers, but at this service they were unable to diagnose or repair an ongoing tire leak that as been leaking 16 psi over 2-4 weeks for several months, and did not have a part on hand that is required to fix a recall issue. My confidence has decreased in the service department."

"I reserved a 9:30 time online for oil change/tire rotation and indicated not needing my car immediately. I was dropped off at 1:30 assuming the car would be done and was told it hadn’t been completed as they were catching up on other cars with overbooked service for day and a service bay door not working. I was under the assumption work was done earlier after viewing a video of an inspection completed shortly after 9:30. No updates notifying me the delayed completion or explaining reasons for delay. At 1:30 I was told to sit in customer lounge until service was complete at 3:00."
