"Service in the store was very helpful and friendly without being pushy. Dave listened to my needs and showed me only what would work. He did not try to upsale me, which I appreciate very much. I dropped a star because on day of delivery I received a call saying that my mattress was not in stock, therefore delivery delayed a day. Not too terrible but I had taken day off to wait for delivery."

He showed us many mattress options that fit our needs best and was not aggressive at all. We went with the Dream cloud original mattress and like it so far! Overall the experience was great. In addition, I had the mattress delivered a couple days after purchase and the delivery associates were really friendly and quick! They were kind enough to take their shoes off and place the new mattress in the appropriate room with no issues."
