"The actual technician and staff administering the tests were great. The customer service line and representative I had to interface with when my results were not displaying left much to be desired. I had to wait on hold for more than an hour to speak to someone. After finally getting in touch with a representative, the only help he could offer was to put in a “high priority” request to address the issue. I found him to be stand offish and not at all concerned with the potential issue of not being able to take my 4 year old on the cruise we had been planning for months. I used their service because it was recommended by Disney, but looking back, I would find someone else."

"We actually did a walk in near the port as we left ordering the kit too late ( my fault, as just didn’t read through instructions properly) ! Absolutely worth doing. Although booking online first for test centre is advisable in case it were busier… We got lucky and did on the off chance So easy with reasonable cost Friendly and informative service from staff also."

"Our proctor was on time and very considerate if our time working quickly to get through the testing process without rushing. She also made sure that we saw the results published to the Safe Passage website before we disconnected to ensure that we are all clear for sailing. This was very seamless. We ordered the 'at home' kit to be delivered to our hotel and scheduled the testing about 1 hour earlier than we would normally get up and we were done in about 40 minutes. Gave us our day back without having to take time to go to a testing facility"
