But I see that many other people have written negative reviews for this place, so I feel confident that my experience was not unique. I went here one time and immediately started searching for a new provider after my first visit (something else I’ve never done before, switch doctors due to how awful my experience was). All you really need to know is the front staff is unprofessional, inappropriately aggressive and short, and down right rude. When I suggested that they start sending a text with their rules on children prior to the appointment (something many doctors offices due), instead of respectfully appreciating the feedback, the scheduler took a physical step towards me and got in my face to very aggressively say “well I scheduled you and I know I tell everyone!” I was really surprised by the unprofessional behavior, and this is only one example of what I encountered there. I assure you that there are many MFM offices out there with wonderful office staff who will be compassionate and respectful of your time. Do not lower yourself to this office, until they upgrade their staff."

We brought our 10 year old daughter to the appointment anticipating that she will be able to hear her brother’s heartbeat. Nope. “Company policy”. So my daughter and I were forced to wait outside. I would not recommend this place to my enemy’s dog! No apologies."
