"Dr. O is great! He is highly skilled, friendly, and knowledgeable. My only complaint is related to office staff and payment issues. I called the office 3 times, over a period of several week, to ask if they’d received my check. No one could tell me if jt had been received or not! After 2 months, I was going to stop payment on the check, when it suddenly cleared. Another time, I received a voicemail, asking me to contact the office about my treatment plan. When I returned the call they only wanted to talk about payment.for an upcoming appointment, nothing about a treatment plan. I did not have an outstanding balance, so I was confused. Why the misleading voicemail?"

"Honestly, my experience at ADS was amazing! They got me scheduled in to get my wisdom teeth removed within a day! YES a next day removal when I called (they also have same day appointments!) When I told them I had radiation a few years back to my mouth and I didn’t know all the details they called my doctor to confirm things would be ok. They were running behind the day I was there, but stayed late and finished my teeth up perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you ADS for taking care of me! I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"Got all 4 wisdom teeth removed. I usually don’t rate places but the doc was strange to communicate with. When I told him my symptoms he seemed distracted and started talking to an assistant while I was talking, he didn’t appear to be listening. This happened a couple times. He also kept mumbling under his mask and I couldn’t hear what he was saying most of the time. Just odd communication overall. Procedure was very painful (I swore I told em I wanted laughing gas and for some reason the assistant was positive I told them I didn’t so I didn’t get any) and I was given little info/advice besides the sheet of paper. Also wasn’t given a syringe for cleaning my mouth. Day 12 and just now starting to have some decrease in pain. I give 2 stars instead of 1 cuz they did agree to see me post op twice to make sure there was no dry socket."
