"Had to find a new dentist as they were scheduling out 7 months and any time you need to reschedule you are looking at another 4 months. Hard to get in your two annual cleanings. Feels like they may not have enough staff to cover their current patient load. Sad to leave as I love their efficiency during appointments In response to the business's response: When I voiced my concern with the receptionist and stated that I need to find a new dentist due to being unable to get an appointment in a timely manner, they stated "I understand"."

I have been to multiple dental service providers in Wisconsin, and never had to wait so long to get next dates. I get 2 dental cleanings per year from my insurance provider and thanks to this provider I was unable to use even one this year - Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable."
