"You get the budget experience that you’re paying for. When I checked in, I was given a room that was either already occupied or hadn’t been cleaned, so they moved me to another room. When I was checking out, the office opened 15 minutes late (despite a sign at the front saying that they open at 7 am), so my plans were set back."
"Great pool and hot tub. Great location. Terrible breakfast and the rooms left some to be desired. Our toilet was cracked almost in half and didn't flush well, and the room smelled musty. Decent value per what is available."
"We found the sheets had stains on them on the second night near our feet and that was disgusting! Then we had people making so much noise, like dropping bowling balls above us all night until like 1am, then they started again at 5:30 am. Tried to call the office finally at 6:00am no one answer. WALKED TO THE OFFICE AT 6:30am No one there. Why is the office closed? The wifi sucked in our room 109. This place is located near what we wanted but location is not everything in this case."
"I’ve been driving down the coast and this Pismo Beach was one of my stops. I booked this room last minute. The isn’t really a lobby, it’s kind of just a room with a desk and the “desk person” wasn’t friendly. It’s def kid friendly because there are kids everywhere running up and down the halls and outside the room. It’s about a 20 min walk to Pismo Beach Pier, wasn’t too bad of a walk. It’s right next to a trailer park. There is a McDonalds and Jackn the Box and few other restaurants near. This is a plus."
