"They make you wait an hour so you can hand them an already collected sample. They were not even busy and employees were just sitting talking to each other. Horrible experience. Rhe female white phlebotomist with short blonde hair that wears glasses was the worst. She closed the door on me while I was still talking to her and told me your problem is not my business."

"Glad I decided to go here though the reviews show 2.7 rating. I guess it came from older reviews. But what I experienced today as of Jan 2024, the place is super clean, very organized. 2 check in kiosks. Everything just went smoothly, i had booked appointment prior to my visit. They accept walk-ins too, but will of course prioritize the ones with appointments already. The lady who drew my blood was incredibly nice and it was painless and quick ! Will definitely recommend this Quest to anyone!"
