"Horrible experience with Back Bay Imaging. After a delicate spine surgery my doctor asked to get new imaging after significant post surgery pain. I went to Back Bay and they insisted I pay up front for the images. They charged me $1100 and promised they would refund me once insurance paid them. My insurance paid them in full in January but they have not refunded my payment as promised. This company does not look out for the best interests of its patients and only interested in financial gain. Also the rude treatment from the staff while I was asking for a legitimate refund shows the companies true unprofessional character. STAY AWAY"
