"I have always had a great experience however this time was a bit frustrating. Arrived 10min early as instructed and then proceeded to wait 2 hours for my 15min MRI. Ended up having to cancel my dinner reservations. Front desk staff wasn’t apologetic at all but the technician felt bad and thanked me a couple times for the delay."

"I had to schedule at Newport at the last minute because orange didn’t realize what machine I needed. I had to wait 45 minutes only to be told they didn’t have me scheduled right. Then when I was done I couldn’t get a cd because the machine was broken. So now I get to drive all the way back to get my cd to send to dr. Nice facility but not run efficiently."

"I had a really great experience here. I was very nervous as I didn't do well with a closed MRI and ended up here for the open MRI. Front desk staff were very nice. The tech, Mark, who was in charge of my visit, was so amazing! As we walked back, he was very informative but relaxed at the same time ( just how I like). He was very understanding with me and my fears. As he prepped me, he explained everything and assured me that I was in good hands. As I was loaded into the machine, Mark rested his hand in my knee, then shin, and and then kept it on my foot until I gave the "ok". That was the winning point for me. He kept me informed during the MRI. Mark, if you ever read this, I want you to know that you're my MRI Hero! You made me very comfortable and squashed my anxieties this morning! You're great at what you do! Thank you! If you are claustrophobic, an open MRI is a good way to go. The room is chilly but it helps with the anxieties."

"Great experience! I arrived at 7:50 for a 8:00 appointment. The personnel were very friendly. The MRI took 30 minutes and I was out by 8:45 am! Andy was exceptional! I highly recommend using Wave!"
