"I can't believe the mass level of ineptitude with the front office. They apparently live to make your appointment super stressful. Every. Single. Time. I arrive at least 20 minutes early because they will tell you they don't have the order from your doctor. I have had different doctors and the same experience here. (I stress this because they tried to blame my current doctor for the missing order). Amazingly enough, the lady behind me, they also didn't have her order."
"The technician, Sean, was so great with my mom who is a bit slow and has dementia and he made sure to explain everything so she could understand. He did it with the utmost patience and compassion. He was also a great source of information about the procedure and explained everything in detail for me as well in a way that I could understand. An all around great guy and a valuable asset to Rolling Oaks!! I cannot thank him enough for his great service!! If we have to come back again, I do hope he is there!!"
"Staff was pleasant and on time at check in. My ultrasound technician was absolutely lovely. Very professional and had a fantastic bedside manner. She made sure to capture the images needed for a problem I’ve been dealing with now for over 6 years. I’m hopeful that I may finally have an answer as to what is wrong and can finally have surgery to correct it."
"This location had the nicest staff. Everyone helped me to feel comfortable, and in the warm-clean lobby. Also, while I waited, I loved the big screen T.V.! And I must add, that the apt. was quick to get, and once at the facility the wait was short and the procedure was over in a flash. I highly recommend Rolling oaks Imaging to anyone looking for excellent service. I give them an A+ and five stars! Thanks for making me feel like a human being!"
