Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero

"We stayed at the Four Seasons Embarcadero for our wedding in SF. Our room at the most amazing view of the city and bay, and was maybe the best part of our stay. The room was immaculate, and service was outstanding. The staff really made us feel at home. They fulfilled every request of ours, including adding a full length mirror to the room when we arrived. We are already planning to stay at Embarcadero again for our 1 year anniversary."

"I was fortunate to have the opportunity to stay here on a work trip and was very pleased with everything over the stay. While the lobby and restaurant and bar are on the ground floor, all the rooms are on the upper floors (someone said there are condos on the floors in between) so the views were amazing. It was certainly a convenient location for offices and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The restaurant had good food, and the bar had some excellent cocktails."

The staff was warm, welcoming and attentive from the bellman who met my vehicle at the curb to the front desk staff who were incredibly personable, friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I felt personally recognized and appreciated for having returned. The manager on duty at the time even made an appearance to personally welcome me back to the Four Seasons. The staff here yet again sets and then raises the bar for what Four Seasons service should embody. The incredible sweeping bay views, beautifully appointed guest rooms, quality restaurant and gym facility are also worth mentioning."

"Only stayed a single night but it made its way into being a favorite among the Four Seasons locations I've been to. Everyone I met was very friendly and naturally personable. In-room dining was exceptional, and customer care was bulletproof: a beverage was out of stock, but the room service attendant profusely apologized and went all the way down to the restaurant to get me a suitable replacement. All the furniture was thoughtfully arranged, and the facilities were carefully cleaned + meticulously maintained. This place feels nice, looks nice, and smells nice. And the great staff top it all off! Excellent stay and will stay again!"
