"If you need a place that has a door that locks and you can sleep for a fairly cheap cost this is it. If you want something nice and care how things look, go elsewhere. It looked like the room and the bed was clean. Staff was nice and the office looks put over the parking so that may give you some comfort as well."

"It's no 5-Star Hilton...but what it is is a very clean and affordable hotel that's within walking distance of hotels that are 3-4 times the price, and that's pretty close to Moscone Center. Very nice and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. I went with a 2nd floor room for added security because the neighborhood is a bit rough. Traffic noise was a factor, but that's what ear-plugs are for."

"The staff here are awesome people very friendly and the rooms were clean and modern, I was pleasantly surprised for the price I paid. Very convenient freeway access and good over all location for just about any business or pleasure that brings you to the city."

"The room is sort of clean, but the carpets are absolutely not. Core memory worthy levels of stains in the carpets in all the worst colors. The area is a little loud, the highway nearby produces a steady white noise, and the frontage road attracts the occasional loud vehicle and car alarm. That’s not so bad, the location is near things people would want to go to. There was some dust in places it shouldn’t be, it’s not going to pass a white glove test, but the bathroom was acceptable, the bed sheets were obviously clean. The bed wasn’t great, but that’s ok, the WiFi sucked, but I have never had good hotel WiFi, the place had some creaky floors, but it’s SF, that’s fine. But the carpets.. the carpets are all I can think about. They just are stained to a degree that shouldn’t be acceptable to anyone, ever. This place could easily charge 2x the price if they handled their carpets, if they took care of the building and they did the basics."
