"I needed to book a last minute hotel in San Francisco for a few nights and was looking for one near a BART stop. I found a good deal at this hotel through an online travel agency and decided to roll the dice. It was a great hotel, I had no issues checking in even though I think I got in at like 12:05am because my flight got delayed. The front desk staff was really nice and the rooms were nice and clean. I had an issue where the Resort Fee was accidentally charged by the hotel even though it was paid for through the travel agency, however the front desk manager Jacob was able to quickly resolve the issue for me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it's a great hotel for the price. The coffee shop in the lobby was closed but it's not a big deal because there's a lot of coffee shops in the neighborhood."

"I’ve stayed here before and each time, including this weekend, it’s always amazing. The staff is super nice and funny!! Steven and Jim especially!! Super nice and funny guys!!! When I checked in this time, Steven’s happy energy and jokes made my day. That and he was able to find me a room for early check in!!! The hotel itself is really nice. Clean and safe! There’s security staffed! The rooms are nice and clean too! Great location, just a few blocks from Union Square and city hall! I recommend staying here especially for Pride SF!!"

"It was clean with great water pressure in the shower and immediate hot water. The hotel lacked amenities. The restaurant and bar are closed. The hotel could be a really nice place to stay if there wasn't so much wasted, empty space. It almost seems like they're running out of money. With that being said, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pillows could've been upgraded. It is the little things that Marie the difference as to whether we would stay there again or not."

"First off the service at check-in literally took every bit of 5 minutes. Super quick and easy. The hotel was great, the room was clean and the lobby has a welcoming atmosphere and vibe to where you could just relax there and just enjoy yourself. But, the most important person that helped me was a beautiful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable woman by the name of Yolanda. Yolanda made me feel at home the moment I walked through the door. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if not for anything but just because Yolanda is there to greet people and get them through the check-in process right away and to give you that local knowledge of the surrounding area of places to eat and things to do outside of the hotel.
