"Google address incorrect, makes you spin circles around the block. Once there, no human to help. You struggle with machine but once 10 min mark hits your appointment, it gets erased, you got to schedule for another day. You would think that they allow more time for firstcomers given the shortcomings above. As if only their time matters, and I am a middleschooler and with all the time in the world to waste running back and forth."

"Horrible lab. Especially Lini who was talking on a personal call on her phone for OVER AN HOUR while 40 people were waiting in the lobby to get their blood drawn. They don't care about the customers. They care about their selfish personal business. They don't care about getting people out of there. Worst medical facility I've EVER seen. Get a new supervisor for gosh sake... Four and a half hours after arriving I left...still no blood draw! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!"

"The Good - Absolutely the BEST technician so far!! Not only helpful, professional, & friendly, but was the first one to give CLEAR, understandable, CORRECT sample collection instructions! Finally!! Has an elevator to the 2nd floor suite where this Quest is located. Touch screen check in, very easy to do. The scanner couldn't read the back of my insurance card, but read my license just fine. VERY large room with plenty of space, which is set up for social distancing with large, easy to read '6 feet apart' stickers on the floor, & the chairs are set up 6' apart, as well. Very, very busy, but the que of people went quickly. The Bad - The door to Quest's Suite is NOT automatic, at all. I was extremely lucky, as a very kind woman opened the door for me going in. The Ugly - More than half of the disabled parking spaces are WAY further away than the non-handicap spaces, & WAY too far for anyone with mobility disabilities to traverse!! I was quite worn out by the time I found the sole 'correct' door to get into the part of the building that actually leads you to Quest. Signage is NOT clear in parking areas, nor on the outside of the building - until you get near to the door located at the center of the building. There are multiple doors leading into the building but only ONE that will actually get you into the small lobby that leads to Quest - forewarned is forearmed."

"Located at the southern loop of Eastridge Mall. The following driveway just pass Bank of America. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Great phlebotomist. I highly recommend making an appointment prior online. Walk-ins with no appointments are accepted. Make sure to check-in first with the self service iPad. I waited approximately 10 minutes."
