"If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled an annual physical with my regular doctor which is supposed to be no charge under my healthcare plan. At the end of my visit, the doctor decided to review my current medications and then suggested I try Aleve I stead of regular Motrin. I agreed and he sent in a perscription. I later relieved a bill for over $200. The reason given was...I discussed items unrelated to my general physical!!! Are you kidding me?!? I didn't even bring it up, my doctor did! I disputed the charge and the result was a call from the "customer service" department stating Sutter was with it's rights under federal law to charge me and refused to reverse the charge. Sutter, in my experience us just as good as North Bay (North Bay actually offers more specialists locally) but I was never treated like mearly a source of income by North Bay. I will be changing back if this goes the distance. Very disappointed."
