"Beautiful, great location. Hardwood floors. Hard to sleep with people walking overhead all night. No gym but 24 hour fitness is close an $15 for three days. Lobby has poor acoustics so very loud but gorgeous."

"Pleasantly surprised how nice this place is! Standard rooms are spacious, clean, and recently updated. Small issue with room service was solved quickly by the concierge. Downtown location can make it a bit noisy at times, however the brick construction of the building does a decent job of attenuating the sound. All in all, I would certainly stay here again and have recommended it to friends."

"This was a super with a bunch of really neat older style amenities mixed in to give you a classic vibe. Staff at the desk was courteous, and the room was clean and appointed appropriately. Problem here is a "city view" is an upgrade. HA! No way that is an upgrade. You know its got horrible windows and noise complaints when the rooms come with ear plugs. From drunks in the streets below. Obnoxious exhausts and sirens. Got woken up 15 times at least. Loved the hotel... Needs way better Windows. Also parking situation sucks"

"Cute small rooms and a wonderful bakery downstairs. Very clean looking. Also has a wonderful ambiance in the shared spaces - fireplace in the lobby and nice patio furniture outside. The only small drawback is it's in a busy area so it's not dark or super quiet at night/early morning. We still got a good night's sleep though."

"What warm and professional staff members. It’s impressive when a hotel in a vintage building manages to have trendy but comfortable decor that really works. I can’t emphasize enough, though, that the staff cares, and is fairly happy. You FEEL it, it’s not forced unlike many hotels I’ve been to. In particular I noticed Danielle warmly greeting the two housekeepers she passes, and them smiling back. She also displayed a really natural attention to detail with ease. It’s just so clear that she and the other staff are truly taking care of the hotel and the people that stay there."
