"One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They tell you they will do things such as pick up your garbage or offer a bill credit and then they never follow through, it took me almost 6 weeks after starting service for them to pick up my garbage. It took almost a month just to receive our cans and then after we put them out they still didn’t pick them, and prior to that they told us to leave out bags and they didn’t pick those up either."
"Friendly employees. People that are complaining about the hours must not be able to read. Times are clearly marked on the front gate. Awesome that they are open over the weekend. That's when the public really needs a place like this."
"Place is okay when it's open. There is no provision for Hazmat such as waste oil. Disappointing. And the days off change depending on the season... Summer and Winter. Keep a set schedule!"
