"I just wanted a basic French acrylic set and ended up getting a 65$ price at the end when posted prices online state they are cheaper. Nails are all different shapes and the white tip was painted on and aren't the same thickness. Underneath the nails had been poorly cleaned up and shaped. Nice enough people. I will not be back though."
"Literally sitting in the pedicure chair as I write this review and the staff here is rude as hell. Especially the lady doing my pedicure. Who stopped immediately and I got someone new and he is wonderful and he has great customer service"
"I like my nails, but when you look close it’s clear they were done a bit too quickly. My service was great and quick, but I wish more time was spent on doing them really well. The French tip isn’t very defined, some nails are crooked, and the tops of my nails aren’t smooth. $65 dollars was a bit much for this kind of work. The service was great though and I may have just went when they were too busy. I’m also really glad I had cash on me since they have a 3.25% added for card payments."
"Let me tell you about an amazing man named Steven. I have been going to Steven for about a year and a half. I started with him at apache nails and followed him here at Northwest Nails. Northwest nails has helped him grow in so many ways. These are the newest set that he has done (pink & white glitter). I go every two weeks; like clockwork. It is my safe haven. If you want a salon that knows you by name by the second time you walk through their doors this is the place to go. Steven has been the only person I completely trust with my nails. He is doing my wedding nails. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to my nails and he is so patient and takes his time with me. He truly is one of a kind and this salon has helped him flourish in all aspects."
