"K W Appliance U Haul Rental What a scam. Reserved truck for 2 days. Returned it 20 hrs after I picked it up. Charged for 3 days. Took 2 hours to get authorized for pick up thru there 24/7 time share thing. Then when returned equipment had to call 3 times. Was guaranteed that would not be charged for 2 days since returned within 24 hrs. Got a bill for 3 days rental and penalty for failing to return on time. Never again. I'll rent a pickup and trailer from enterprise or someone next time."

"I would give this place a o x100 review , I was double charged because according to their clock I was 2 mins late. The guy working there is a rude rude person. He even hung up on me. If there is a uhaul elsewhere, even if you have to drive a bit further I would use another uhaul location. If I was manager I would fire this employee ASAP!"
