"This location DID NOT take my exchange although the receipt stated any Goodwill store in Southern CA. My purchase was made at Downey location but they go by districts. I would come back but only to donate items, they have a drive up section."
"Staff here is super friendly and I've found some pretty cute items on my little trips here :) love the return policy as well, so it's definitely my go to goodwill when I need something or just wanna treat myself Prices are a bit high for a thrift store but it makes sense given inflation and how popular thrifting has become which sucks but its obviously not the staffs fault lol"

"This Goodwill is REALLY, REALLY BAD! it was not at all worth the stop... The items are SUPER Overpriced and in really bad shape (A busted up board game that you couldn't even check because they wrapped tons of packing tape around the box was 12.99!!) And on top of it all the store is SUPER SUPER messy... Even the case at the front with the "nice" stuff was trashed. (Don't even get me started on the ridiculous prices they had on those video games) I won't ever be back."
"I love this out of the way GW! I come here for smocks. I'm a lunchlady at an elementary school and I like to brighten up the kids' day as I am feeding them lunch! This store also has some nice household items as well. Staff is friendly n helpful too!"
