WoodBridge Bath

"The smart toilet works until it works. Then (almost a year after purchase) it doesn't work. Either the sensors are bad or in our case one of them had cracks on the panel and the flush doesn't work well. (The water pressure is the same in our house and everything else works fine.) As engineers, my wife and I understand that things need upkeep or replacement or repair. And sometimes things are just defective. The real issue is the tech support or any support. It is not useful. They send you vague instructions for a DIY approach to troubleshooting. At this point, outside of spending what we did on the toilets, we paid for plumbers and contractors to visit us, open up the installation and reinstall to see if there are blockages or some such thing. Nothing of that sort. At this point I requested someone from the company to come take a look but they flat out refused. The phone customer support is useless because they ask you to write an email to their support email. They don't even attempt to understand the issue nor the history, nothing. In all the time that is lost, conveniently, the system falls out of warranty and so they wash their hands off the whole thing. We had several emails doing the rounds, we sent video and photo evidence that there is no blockage, etc, but we get more vague "try this", "try opening the faucet a little more", etc kind of responses. Do yourselves a favor! Don't buy from here! Even if you have a dumb toilet, at least it would flush fine, which is its primary job. Plus you don't pay for a non-existent support."

"I left a review on their website and they do not allow it to post. Please know they sell products with supply lines too long for their stand alone tub faucets! They know they are too long and will charge you a 15% fee to return the product and of course you have to pay to ship it back. If you have a basement, no problem, but if you are in Florida...big problem!!!"

"I am extremely disappointed with the WOODBRIDGE B0980S Intelligent Smart Toilet that I purchased from Amazon. The quality of the product is terrible, and the after-sales service is even worse. They replied to the email only once a day and get back to your call not for sure, that is, you need to keep calling them to reach out to the person who take care of your case. The toilet stopped working with no power within a few weeks of installation with unknown reason. I contacted the merchant's customer support department, but they were unable to resolve the issue after 3-week communication. They sent me a replacement part, but it didn't work either. I eventually gave up on trying to get the toilet fixed and decided to return it. However, the company asked me to wait for uncertain time for my case review. I don't understand why and what they need to review because I've been following up with them for almost a month, and they have all required documents including videos and pictures about the issue. Finally, I have to go through Amazon to return it and get my partial refund back. I am very disappointed with my experience with WOODBRIDGE. I would not recommend their intelligent toilets to anyone."

"My go-to place for remodeling. They have fancy bidet toilets and shower bases with competitive prices. My friends are always impressed with the bidets and is often the talking point of any house I put these in. I especially appreciate the extra discount for picking up locally and the even greater savings with a business account. However, my experience was marred by an issue with the invoicing. They provided an incorrect invoice and later requested additional payment days after the fact, which was frustrating. Despite this, I still highly recommend this store for anyone in need of high-quality bathroom fixtures at great prices."

"I stumbled across this brand while remodeling a duplex. I ordinarily am a Kohler customer. But I decided to give these guys a shot. I am certainly glad I did. These compact toilets are not only easily to clean, but they offer high speed bidet options that are icing on the cake. I can honestly say I prefer this toilet over the Kohler Santa Rosa, which is certainly saying something. Beyond the fantastic product, I would like to also note the customer service from these guys is rock solid. Has been a great over all experience I will like use WoodBride for all of my future bath needs! Toilet really is showcased in this remodel"
