"I’ve been eyeing a Burrow couch for a long time because of their small foot print with unique modular perks, but have been really hesitant to buy because they’re not cheap - and it’s so hard to make that commitment with an online purchase. Thank goodness for Burrow House. It’s so so nice to get the tactile experience. We went in on a random quiet Thursday morning, and the staff was great - kind and present, and not pushy or invasive in any way. I off handedly mentioned I needed a couch that was exactly 88” and Jo not only quietly noted that, but gently intervened when we were leaning toward one that was too big for us. If you’re in the area, consider making your purchase in store! They don’t work off commission, but in store sales do help keep the doors open, and kind people employed :)"

"What a fun experience! I had a friend join me to check out the Nomad Loveseat and wound up walking out with some swatches for the Union Loveseat. Jo was helping us out (but all of the staff were super friendly and funny). Jo went above and beyond - she sat with us for quite some time and gave us the measurements for each loveseat I was considering, she gave personal feedback with her own Burrow couch experience with having pets, and she even broke down how I could save the most with the Black Friday deal depending upon which couch and combo I decided upon.
