"Went to store. Left my purse. Contacted store by phone and my purse was safe with honest employee Christine. She is very kind and the staff is very professional."
"We sent in an order for a single poster print this morning,, was told it would be before 530, then it changed to 8, then after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes on the phone and being disconnected once, then calling again and waiting 10 minutes again, was told "We'll do our best!" when I asked if it would at least be today. I needed same day printing. If you can't stick by that promise, don't make that promise. Advice: Check online for some local print shops. We found one in 5 minutes, sent them the file and had it printed in 15 minutes for the same price as Staples. Choose local, I guess. Lesson learned."
"Helpful staff in mostly empty store on a Saturday. Some items with locations and prices on shelves were out-of-stock. Other categories of items they have much more variety online, of course. Plenty of free parking in their lot. Cashier was efficient."
"Incredible customer service not just in printing but service in general. I was looking to print a 36x60” poster but was having issues with the site. I called and the member of the marketing team was so helpful in taking extra steps to make sure my poster was printed in ideal dimensions and at a great price! He even gave me callbacks when certain steps were resolved. Will update when we complete the poster process but it’s been a 5 star experience."
"Great, capable Manager, Jennifer bailed me out! A couple of young dudes couldn't figure out how to get the copies I needed out of my phone into print...nor did they CARE TO FIND OUT! I knew there had to be a way...this is Staples? She handled the problem so pleasantly it "soothed my ruffled feathers." Took her 10 minutes...took them over an hour "putzing" around...instead of asking! All's well that ends well."
